Women in Resource Development Corporation (WRDC) is a provincial non-profit organization committed to increasing women’s participation in trades and technology occupations. Since 1997, WRDC has been offering a variety of free programs and services to address the challenges surrounding the recruitment and retention of women in these careers. With public and private funding, WRDC provides career exploration opportunities for girls, career development services for women, and support for companies to meet specific diversity goals.
